It’s February 1st!!! Here is a picture I took of the beautiful sunrise today and three steps you can take to ensure that you are kicking off February 2019 with a BANG! 💥
1. GROW LOVE FOR YOURSELF!!!!
Are you giving yourself all the love you deserve?!?!? Let's be real!!! When we are down on ourselves, we are less likely to be in a state that gets us excited about achieving our goals. The more you are able to love you, the more confidence you have in your ability to tackle whatever goals you have for the month of February!!! ❤️
2. MENTALLY SHIFT BAD HABITS INTO GOOD ONES!!!!!
Are you trapping yourself with a negative mentality about who you are?!?!?! Let’s use an example for this one- Let’s say Thalia has a bad habit of not being physically active and wants to become more physically active. Thalia can change the dialogue in her mind
from “I don’t have energy to move.” to “I’m energetic!”
from “I’m too tired.” to “I’ve got all the fuel in the world!”
from “I’m just not an active person.” to “I am an athlete!”
Start by saying the positive statements in your mind and really believing them. By stating these in your mind and out loud, you’re creating a shift in your identity. You are mentally building a more powerful you! Once you have your mind going, your body will follow! 💪🏾
3. KNOW WHAT YOU ARE AIMING FOR AND WHY!!!!!
Do you have a strong WHY connected to your goals?!?!?! When setting your goals you should know your WHY. Your WHY is what is going to fuel you when the times get tough!!! By having a strong WHY, you are able to prioritize your energy towards the goals that are most important to you! 🔥
